What do you think is wrong with my mom? She's really mean and it's depressing to be around her?

My mom calls the police on anyone who comes over to hang out with me she says her reasoning is that she is calling the police to remove my friend from her house, she does it because she refuses to let me have any friends, I secretly have friends that she doesn't know about though who don't know her because she acts horrible as I said above as an example of how she acts . When I 'm walking around the house she says all the time that I have no friends and whenever she starts bulling me if I say anything back she says stuff like "This is why you have no friends" Everyone who she knows, mostly men act very rude and perverted to me and she just lets them say nasty things about me that aren't true and walk on me, and she acts as though she enjoys it. And if she's with me when we go out in public she always tries to lie and embarr me in public and start arguments in public. She's also just really nosy and argumentative all the time. She is so gross because she never bathes , and she always stinks really bad!
