How much fresh garlic equals 3/4 tsp of garlic powder?

I am trying to make biscuits and the recipe calls for 3/4 tsp of garlic powder but i only have fresh garlic and I am terrible at math, even simple fractions, i just need a quick answer please and thank-you.
