What kind of sandwich is this?

Someone made me a sandwich that was made with peanut er, ketchup, pickled beets, chorizo sausage, and white cabbage. It was disgusting barely ate half of it then told by friend I wasn't hungry. He said a lot of people like it were he's from, don't know where he's from.
