I got some question about a couple specific piercings?? Anyone with Fraenums and Weaving???

Well, I'm 15 and I want some odd piercings and I don't want anything on the face. I've look at a really awesome website that had every type of piercing available. I've decided on an upper fraenum (its a piercing in your mouth where that little flap of skin is inside the top lip) a couple of years ago. When I was little I thought you weren't supposed to have that, so I tried cutting it off and then I saw a lady on TV with one, so I figured it'd be a memoir of that time when I was like 10. I'm possibly thinking about getting the lower to match. I also am thinking of getting the weaving in my ear (its like a spiral around that ridge on the outer part of the ear). If anyone has an advice on these types of piercings please let me now. If you have an suggestions for other weird piercings let me know. All help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
