Did Chief Justice Roberts cause the miscue during Obama's oath at the presidential inauguration ?

It's a judgement call...I'm going to place the greater blame on Roberts for his pause between Obama's name and the "do solemnly swear" part...and then it sounded like he forgot what he was saying when Obama stumbled over the words. Plus, Roberts said President TO instead of President OF the US...they both should have rehearsed more.
