The name of the song...?

Has anyone seen the movie, Sabrina the Teenage Witch? In the end of the movie, when she is dancing with Harvey at the prom or spring dance, there is a song playing in the background. It sounded very nice, and I always wanted to know who sang it. The lyrics are sung "shelter from the storm, friendship of the heart," (I think) and also as "there is no problem to big for him to handle, he'll never leave you or forsake, he'll be there." PLEASE, if anyone can help me find the singer or band for this song, it'd be great!
