Last minute airline ticket to Chicago?!?!?

I need a roundtrip ticket from Orlando, Fl to Chicago (O'Hare) leaving Monday July 16 (or Tues. 17th) and returning on Friday, 20th. I've been to all the sites that claim to have "cheap tickets" but can't find one under $350! Am I being TOO cheap??
