What's the best hope to reform and save boxing?

It seems like the sport is begging for smart entrepreneurs to bring real organization (a la Dana White with UFC), but it's so chaotic now where would you start? Getting investors together to buy out one of the alphabet organizations? Start from scratch with a new organization?
