Can the m if any displaced liquid be predicted if the m of a floating object is known?

Yes the m of the displaced water will equal the m of the floating object. If the surface area allows to displace the same m of water that it weights, it floats. If the surface area is not sufficient to displace an amount of water equal to its m, it sinks.
