Should I date a man who explains that he will sleep with other women?

Okay here's the deal. Dated a guy and we have a child together. We separated because we were young, he was sleeping with me and everyone else that tickled his fancy. Its been over 10 years and we've both dated other people. He works in the entertainment industry wherein he and his colleagues travel over 50% of the time. I think he wants to get back with me and he has told me that "every man cheats". He says that a man can be married and still go out of town, screw a chick he knows, fly her back to her city and go home to his wife never missing a beat. He says that he wants me to know that as he gets older this behavior will dwindle but that he will not guarantee that he will stop having meaningless with the groupie chicks that are around he and his colleagues. He says that he can have and then never speak to the chick again. He says that no other woman will ever destroy our home if I say yes. He says that men with no money can't do this. Should I say yes?
