Now that white collar jobs are outsourced to India & Phillippines are US Whites wanting Mexican's jobs?

Such as janitor, fruit/vegetable picker, maid, housekeeper, live in nanny, gardener, construction, factory work, fast food servers? Whites never wanted those jobs before (perhaps with the exception of fast food server where it's not atypical to see White seniors and--more rarely--White teens). So are they biting the bullet now and competing with Mexicans for those jobs? Would it help them if there were less Mexicans in USA now?? Just like it's been for decades in Europe, it doesn't look like there's going to be any openings soon in offices and other 'white collar' jobs!
