I jst delivered baby girl 4 days ago and now she is having a fever of 38 deg. what causes for her fever?

If an infant has a fever get her to the Hospital. that happened to me too. My baby was 6 weeks though. The Doctor told me that young babies have no reason to run a fever so it is something wrong. My baby ended up having severe kidney problems and had almost 3 years of treatment. I am not trying to scare you but you need to get your baby checked out by a dr.
