How can someone like Colin Powell (sp?) honestly say that one of his reasons for voting Obama is rhetoric?

Someone as smart as Colin Powell should know better than to vote for someone because of the way he talks. That can't be a real reason, can it? "I wanna vote fer him 'cause he talks good!" That is pathetic. By the way Powell said it himself that rhetoric was one of his reasons, these aren't accusations, he listed that as a big reason. But is that honestly a real reason?
