How can i reduce my university costs?

Im about to start my A level work and now i have a clearer idea of where i want to go to university, i've narrowed it down to three choices Birmingham, Bristol and Bangor. At the moment i really want to go to Bristol but my parents can't afford all the cost and all the money ive saved my entire life they don't want me to use for uni but to buy a house. At the moment I'm job hunting again but i live outside a small market town where the recession hit us hard there is literally no jobs unless you can work full time. I need to raise some cash for uni by getting a job but i want to do environmental management and i dont have a clue where to go for sponsorship or what grants are available. I really need some guidance
