A Catholic blessing at a Lutheran Wedding.?

My fiance and I were planning on marring in a Catholic church, but his church charges for things I don't want (vocalist,pianist, etc). Plus they only give us an hour and a half before the ceremony to prepare the reception hall. My church gives us a lot more options besides the ones listed above as well. Does anyone know a priest in the Dallas area that will officiate a wedding in a Lutheran church and what all is needed. It is important to my fiance that our marriage be recognized in by the Catholic church and I want that for him, but I do not want to be so restricted either.
