Blotchy red rash on my dog's belly ?

So my 2 year old Chocolate lab has had an off and on case of rashes on her belly. Usually just little dots everywhere but this time its like big blotches of them in the center of her belly. I don't think its itchy but i think she know's its there. Any suggestions on what to do or give her? Maybe cream or something? Please help.
