Advice with symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD)?

If u need to get in and out of a car, sit on a bin liner as its so much easier to 'swivel' its very painful otherwise. ask your doc/ physio for a support belt or get one off ebay. Get your partner to mage gently if u have one xx
